When you authorize the Enjoyn Integration with your Webex Account the following data is collected:
• Organization Webex ID
• Organization Name
• Organization Avatar (if available)
• User Webex ID
• Meeting Webex ID
• Meeting Start and End Dates
• Meeting Number, SIP address, password, site URL and title
• Host Webex User ID
The data is collected for several reasons:
• To better understand App usage
• App license verification
• Facilitate Webex meetings between guests and hosts
• Schedule appointments on behalf of other Webex users within your organization
